Talk of the Town welcomes Chief Executive Officer, Latosha Fowlkes to discuss the new name and direction of The Core Collective at Saint Vincent. Among the name change, The Core Collective at Saint Vincent has also created a street outreach program and a drop in center for the youth of St. Louis. Children, ages 10-19 may access the facilities and resources available anytime throughout the year. Also discussed was the importance of ‘Safe Places’ around St. Louis and how there has been an increased housing crisis on the rise in our region.
